Heirloom tomato (sliced to size of watermelon wedge)

Orange Balsamic Glaze

Olive oil

Honey

Fresh basil, chopped

Orange zest

Salt
*All ingredient amounts to preference
Orange Balsamic Glaze:
-
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
-
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Add balsamic vinegar and orange juice to a small pot and bring to a boil
-
Reduce heat once boiling to a simmer and continuously stir for ~10 minutes (until it begins to thicken)
-
Remove from heat, transfer to a small bowl and cool in fridge (will continue to thicken)

Assemble watermelon bruschetta to preference
