1 celery stalk, chopped

1/3 cup red onion, chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp mayonnaise

DirectionS:

Place tortilla in microwave ~15 seconds to soften
-
Cut a vertical line from bottom of tortilla to center
-
Place tuna salad to top left portion of tortilla and add mozzarella cheese
-
Fold bottom left portion of tortilla over tuna salad/cheese and lightly coat top with mayonnaise
-
Add tomatoes, spinach and bacon to the top right portion of the tortilla
-
Fold tortilla to the right (mayo portion should lie over top of tomatoes, spinach and bacon)
-
Add cheddar cheese to the bottom right portion of the tortilla and fold over one more time
-
Add butter to a hot skillet and sear both sides of tortilla until crispy and cheese is melted
