Sticky Honey Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe

Serving size: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. chicken wings 

  • 1/4 cup honey 

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 

  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (to preference)

  • Fresh Basil, chopped (to preference)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

*For thicker sauce, double honey and apple cider vinegar portions

Food Sources:

  • Pasture Raised Chicken Wings (Force of Nature)

  • Raw and Unfiltered Honey (Local Hive)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg)

DirectionS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Place wings on a baking sheet, pat dry and add salt/pepper 

  3. Bake for ~30 minutes (flip wings at 15 minutes for even cooking)

  4. Once wings have browned, group them together on baking sheet and pour honey/vinegar mixture over top evenly

  5. Switch to high broil for the last few minutes of cooking (this will help to caramelize the honey for a sticky finish!)

  6. Frequently flip wings while broiling until desired preference (be careful not to burn the honey!)

  7. Remove from oven, plate and allow a few minutes to cool (Scrape caramelized honey from bottom of pan with each wing while removing to capture all the flavor!)

  8. Add fresh parmesan cheese and basil

  9. ENJOY!
