  • 1 cup milk of preference

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt

optional toppings

  • Granola of choice

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Date syrup

  • Bee pollen

  2. Top with desired toppings
