Combine almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a small pot over medium heat

Stir ingredients until fully melted
-
Turn off heat
-
Add in protein power and continue to stir until mixed well
-
Add rice crispy cereal to pot and continue to combine thoroughly
-
Place in tupperware and pack together by pressing down firmly using spoon
-
Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour or until hardened

Use knife around perimeter of rice crispy to loosen from edges of tupperware
-
Remove lid, flip over and cut into squares (size to preference)

Optional: top with date syrup and cinnamon
