Protein Pumpkin Cold Foam Recipe

Serving size: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz whipping cream (1.5 cups)

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (~13g) 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 

  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

*This recipe is made with Equip’s Prime Protein-Vanilla (Grass-fed Beef Isolate Powder) and ingredient ratios may vary with other protein powders!

  1. Place whipping cream in a tall glass (we used a 32 oz mason jar)

  2. Use frother and mix until foam consistency

  3. Add protein powder and use frother to mix

  4. Add maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice and mix all ingredients using frother to preferred consistency

  5. ENJOY!
