2 cups fresh basil

1/3 cup pine nuts

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

5 oz coconut yogurt

1/3 cup fresh dill

1 tsp fresh mint

1/4 tsp salt

Place basil, dill, mint, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor and pulse while slowly adding olive oil

Once smooth, add coconut yogurt and continue to pulse until creamy
