Mango Pico de Gallo Recipe

Serving size: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips of choice

  • 1 cup mango (frozen), chopped 

  • 1 cup Grape or Cherry tomatoes, chopped 

  • 1 jalapeño, chopped

  • 1/2 cucumber (skin/seeds removed), chopped 

  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped 

  • 2 tbsp basil, finely chopped 

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped 

  • Paleo Powder Pink (to taste)

  • Honey, drizzle (to taste)

  • Fresh lime juice (to taste -we used ½ lime)

  • Sea Salt (to taste)​

  • Organic Mango Chunks (Ultra Organics)

  • Paleo Powder Pink (Paleo Powder)

  • Raw and Unfiltered Texas Honey Desert Creek Honey)

DirectionS:

  1. Chop all fresh ingredients into equal-sized pieces and allow frozen mango to thaw (once chopped)

  2. Combine all fresh ingredients in a bowl 

  3. Drizzle with honey, Paleo Pink Powder and fresh lime juice to preference 

  4. ENJOY!
