Cook hot dogs to preference and slice into bite-sized pieces

Bring pasta water to a boil and cook pasta to preference (we love ours al dente!)

Strain pasta and add pasta back to pot on low heat

Combine egg yolks and heavy cream in a small bowl and whisk together
-
Add egg yolk/heavy cream, roasted garlic, gruyere cheese, and butter to pasta and mix well until creamy

Serve with hot dog pieces and garnish with basil and salt to taste!
