Ingredients:

  • Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • Salt/pepper

  • Pineapple (grilled to garnish)

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp flour

​

DirectionS:

  1. To make Sweet & Sour Sauce, place all ingredients (besides flour) in a small pot and bring to a boil while stirring 

  2. Remove from heat and add flour while continuing to mix until sauce thickens

  3. Coat short ribs with sauce once grilled to preference 

  4. ENJOY!
