Salt, pinch to prepare tortillas

Avocado oil spray

Egg, sunny-side up (1 per taco)

Bacon, finely chopped (over top of finished taco)

To prepare everything bagel tortilla, follow directions on Masa Harina Flour to create dough

Measure 75g of dough (we made these tortillas thicker for more of a bagel texture!) and roll into a small ball

Place in tortilla press (both sides lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking) and press to form tortilla shape

Generously sprinkle everything bagel seasoning (to preference) and press one more time with tortilla press (spices will flatten into the dough so they don’t burn while cooking!)

Repeat step #4 on opposite side to coat both sides of tortilla with seasoning (if desired!)

Coat a pan with avocado oil spray (or non-stick spray of choice) and heat each side of tortilla over medium heat until lightly browned

Combine cream cheese and chives

Assemble taco to preference
