Coconut oil (for frying)

Radish, chopped

Green onion, chopped

Microgreens

Sesame Seeds (to preference)

To prepare crispy chicken, crack 2 eggs in bowl and whisk

Place chicken in egg batter and coat both sides well

Transfer chicken from egg batter to breadless breading or breadcrumbs (on a plate) and coat both sides well

Transfer chicken to a skillet with coconut oil (or oil of choice)

Fry both sides of chicken on medium heat until crispy (be careful not to burn breading!)

Optional: Place enough coconut oil in skillet to cover bottom and fry spring roll wrapper until crispy for additional texture

Assemble bowl with all ingredients to your preference
