Creamy Sesame Chicken Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (thin cut)

  • Paleo Powder Grain Free Breadless Breading or breadcrumbs of choice

  • 3 Eggs (2 to prepare fried chicken and 1 for a fried egg on top)

  • Coconut oil (for frying)

  • Lettuce, shredded

  • White rice

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Carrot, shredded

  • Radish, chopped

  • Green onion, chopped

  • Microgreens

  • Sesame Seeds (to preference)

  • Creamy Sesame Salad Dressing (Side Dish)

  • Optional: Spring Roll Wrapper fried in coconut oil

Food Sources:

  1. To prepare crispy chicken, crack 2 eggs in bowl and whisk 

  2. Place chicken in egg batter and coat both sides well

  3. Transfer chicken from egg batter to breadless breading or breadcrumbs (on a plate) and coat both sides well 

  4. Transfer chicken to a skillet with coconut oil (or oil of choice)

  5. Fry both sides of chicken on medium heat until crispy (be careful not to burn breading!) 

  6. Optional: Place enough coconut oil in skillet to cover bottom and fry spring roll wrapper until crispy for additional texture 

  7. Assemble bowl with all ingredients to your preference

  8. ENJOY!
