  • Ahi Tuna Salad 

  • Creamy Mango Basil Dressing

  • Cucumber 

  • Tomato

  • Red onion, sliced

  • Fresh mango, diced 

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Gruyere cheese, cubed

  • Crispy bacon

  • Optional: kelp

  • Celery, chopped

  • Red onion, chopped

  • Fresh mango, diced

  • Mayonnaise (to preference)

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks (thawed) 

  • ¼ cup olive oil 

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ¼ tsp salt 

  •  ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, packed

DirectionS:

  1. To make the Creamy Mango Basil Dressing, combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy

  2. In a separate bowl, combine Ahi Tuna Salad ingredients to preference

  3. Build salad with ingredients to preference
