Ingredients:

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

2 eggs

1/2 cup coconut yogurt (Culina)

1 tsp baking powder
-
Optional: granola
-
Optional: syrup
-
Optional: banana
-
Optional: peanut butter

Coconut Yogurt (Culina)

Mix chocolate protein powder, eggs, coconut yogurt and baking powder in a bowl and mix until smooth

Heat skillet to medium-medium/high heat and lightly grease with oil or butter of choice (we used avocado oil spray)

Add 1/4 cup of pancake mix to skillet and flip once bubbles start to form on top
-
Remove from skillet and top with remaining ingredients to your preference
