Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (Culina)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Optional: granola

  • Optional: syrup

  • Optional: banana

  • Optional: peanut butter

Food Sources:

  • Chocolate Prime Protein Beef Isolate Powder (Equip)

  • Vanilla Chocolate Chip Granola (Purely Elizabeth)

  • Eggs (Vital Farms)

  • Coconut Yogurt (Culina)

  • Date Syrup (D'Vash)

DirectionS:

  1. Mix chocolate protein powder, eggs, coconut yogurt and baking powder in a bowl and mix until smooth

  2. Heat skillet to medium-medium/high heat and lightly grease with oil or butter of choice (we used avocado oil spray)

  3. Add 1/4 cup of pancake mix to skillet and flip once bubbles start to form on top

  4. Remove from skillet and top with remaining ingredients to your preference

  5. ENJOY!
