Chocolate Protein Fruit Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • Heavy cream (see directions)

  • Pineapple, sliced

  • Banana, sliced

  • Peanut butter

  • Optional: LMNT Chocolate Salt

Food Sources:

  • Prime Protein Grass-Fed Beef Isolate – chocolate (Equip)

  • A2 Guernsey Heavy Cream (Origin)

  • Peanut Butter – Valencia Peanuts (Trader Joe’s)

  • Chocolate Salt (LMNT)

DirectionS:

  1. Place 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder in a bowl and slowly add in heavy cream while mixing until the consistency is creamy

  2. Slice pineapple and banana into bite-sized pieces

  3. Add peanut butter in between pineapple and banana slices

  4. Coat each pineapple/peanut butter/banana piece with chocolate protein batter

  5. Place in freezer ~20 minutes

  6. ENJOY!
