Ingredients:

1 can Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon

1 medium yellow onion (1.5 cups), chopped

1 packed tbsp fresh garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp unsalted butter

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup celery, chopped

3 tbsp buffalo sauce

1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
-
Garnish: additional fresh chopped basil and green onion

Add butter, onion and garlic to a skillet over medium heat and sauté until browned

Add sautéed onion and garlic to a small pot over low heat

Add cream cheese and mix until well-combined

Turn off heat

Add Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon (do NOT drain!), celery, buffalo sauce and fresh basil

Mix well and transfer dip to bowl/plate
