Buffalo Salmon Dip Recipe

Serving size: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon 

  • 1 medium yellow onion (1.5 cups), chopped 

  • 1 packed tbsp fresh garlic, finely chopped 

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter 

  • 8 oz cream cheese 

  • ½ cup celery, chopped 

  • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce

  • 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped

  • Garnish: additional fresh chopped basil and green onion

DirectionS:

  1. Add butter, onion and garlic to a skillet over medium heat and sauté until browned

  2. Add sautéed onion and garlic to a small pot over low heat 

  3. Add cream cheese and mix until well-combined 

  4. Turn off heat

  5. Add Safe Catch Wild Pacific Pink Salmon (do NOT drain!), celery, buffalo sauce and fresh basil

  6. Mix well and transfer dip to bowl/plate 

  7. Chill in refrigerator (optional)

  8. Garnish with additional fresh basil and green onion 

  9. ENJOY with your favorite crackers and fresh vegetables
