Ingredients:

blackened shrimp tacos

  • Corn or flour tortillas

  • Shrimp (blackened)

  • organicgirl protein greens

  • Avocado

  • Red onion

  • Homemade Creamy Pineapple Sauce

  • Cilantro (garnish)

  • *All amounts to preference

  • 200g frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Food Source:

  • protein greens (organicgirl)

DirectionS:

  1. Allow frozen pineapple to thaw to room temperature

  2. Prepare creamy pineapple sauce by placing all ingredients in a blender

  3. Blend on high until smooth and place in fridge to cool

  4. Wash/prepare/remove moisture from shrimp (pat dry)

  5. Thoroughly add blackened seasoning to shrimp 

  6. Add oil of preference to a skillet over medium high heat

  7. Cook shrimp until browned/thoroughly cooked  

  8. Assemble tacos to preference

  9. Drizzle creamy pineapple sauce (serve cool)

  10. ENJOY!
