Ingredients:

  • Everything bagel 

  • Cream cheese

  • Roasted garlic 

  • Ham

  • Prosciutto 

  • Genoa Salami

  • Soppressata 

  • Pepperoni 

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 

  • Romaine lettuce, shredded 

  • Tomato, sliced

  • Black olives, sliced 

  • Pepperoncini, sliced 

  • Olive oil, drizzled

  • Red wine vinegar, drizzled

  • Italian seasoning

DirectionS:

  1. To prepare roasted garlic cream cheese, slice top of garlic head evenly exposing each clove top 

  2. Place garlic head in tin foil and drizzle olive oil over top evenly coating each clove

  3. Tightly wrap garlic head with foil, place in oven at 400 degrees and roast ~20-30 minutes until garlic is soften/golden brown 

  4. Mix roasted garlic with cream cheese (amount to preference)

  5. Toast everything bagel and layer both sides with garlic cream cheese

  6. Assemble sandwich to preference
